The training videos are excellent. I think they are well done and you do an excellent job sharing not only your experience but your knowledge as well. I particularly like the way you carefully explain each option and the pros and cons. You are giving me an honest assessment of what I need to do and providing me with the range of prices and values. I also like the photos and info below each video for me to look at and compare. I am a visual learner! I started facilitating virtual learning 10 years ago but it was more of a webinar with power point and a talking head. Nothing like today’s Adobe Connect or Zoom. So when this pandemic hit, all of my ILT workshops for the balance of 2020 were cancelled. That was a shock to the system and the pocket book! Some told me that it was a clear sign that I needed to retire. I don’t think so!!! So, it became time to reinvent myself. I am not ready to retire but I am tired of being in airplanes, hotels and car rentals. So, VILT can help me achieve both of my long term goals: Help others to learn, grow and to become more successful in their lives and allow me to do it from the safety of my office and my home. I have been taking VILT workshops on how to use Adobe / Zoom, how to rewrite my workshop material to be virtual rather than live and how to restructure my participant materials. It has been a fast paced process and without the help of others, I think I may have thrown in the towel. And now I find you to help me with the other questions I have been mulling over in my mind: How do I redesign my office? What is the best equipment? What about lighting? What else might I need to be professional at this VILT career? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with me. I truly do appreciate it! John

It is more than good, it is Great. I am a noob on this things but after the course I am now inspire to have my own set up and be resourceful as I can be. Thank you for the heads up. The speakers experience is really what helped me understood everything. It is nice to relate to someone with the same challenges or so predicament. More Power and thanks a lot!
